Glass City Regatta

Have you ever wondered what a rowing shell looked like in person? September 20th from 8 am to 4:30 pm, you can watch high school, college, and Adult rowers racing on the Mighty Maumee for free. The regatta central location is in International Park by the Docks Restaurants. Good race viewing can be found on the downtown side at Promenade Park. Racing will include Single Shells, Double Shells, Four-person shells and Eight-person shells. The race course will be 4,019 meters in length and will run from the Grain Elevators to the I-280 bridge.
