Celebrate tradition in Downtown Waterville at one of the area’s largest and most beloved community events. Downtown Waterville welcomes visitors for the 53nd annual Roche de Boeuf Festival, offering a full day of food, entertainment, and activities for all ages. Festival Highlights & Schedule Parade (10:00 AM): Sponsored by Strayer Concrete and emceed by Andrew Z. Car Show (9:00 AM, 2:00 PM): Hosted at Shawn’s Irish Tavern, featuring prizes and music by Cruisin’ Zeake.
