One of Toledo's longest-loved church festivals returns to the grounds of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral for three days, July 17-19. Come hungry: the parish serves up Middle Eastern and American favorites from kibbee and shawarma-style sandwiches to zalabee and homemade pastries. Live bands each night (The Bridges on Friday, The Grape Smugglers on Saturday), traditional Arabic music and dancing, a kids' zone with bouncy houses and face painting, plus guided cathedral tours all weekend. Hours: Friday 5-11 PM, Saturday 4-11 PM, Sunday noon-5 PM; kids 10 and under get in free. Hosted by St. George Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral.
