Going out
Found it. Got it. In your pocket.
No second website, no new login, no hunting through email in the doorway. When an event on 419TOL has tickets, you get them right there.

Pick how many, tap once. Free RSVPs are done on the spot. Your tickets are emailed and saved under My tickets.
They open with no signal
The app keeps your tickets on your phone. Basement venue, festival field, one bar of service: the code still comes up, and it still scans.
The price you see is the price
Any fee is on the screen before you pay, never sprung at the end. If an event is cancelled you get everything back, fees included.
Your Pass feeds your Passport
Getting scanned in at the door checks you in on your Toledo Passport. Points, streaks and badges, without touching your phone again.
Hosting
Sell where Toledo is already looking.
Your event is on 419TOL because people come here to decide what to do tonight. 419 Pass lets them commit on the same page, instead of clicking away to a box office that has never heard of them.
Free events cost nothing. Ever.
RSVPs with a real headcount and a QR at the door, at no charge to you or your guests. Not a trial. Not a tier.
Any phone is a scanner
Hand a volunteer the app. A full-screen green or red answer for every ticket, an undo for the mis-scan, and it will not admit the same ticket twice.
Discounts with real rules
Percent off, dollars off, comps. Limit by uses, by person, by ticket, by date. Group rates that apply themselves at four or more.
Presales and hidden tickets
Tickets that only appear with an access code, and batches of single-use codes for sponsors, press and the band's guest list.
Reward your own people
Pricing for your followers, first-time buyers, Passport regulars, or anyone with a university email. Nobody else in town can offer that.
Know who is coming
A live attendee list, a running count at the door, check-in by name when a phone dies, and a CSV whenever you want one.
Reach everyone holding a ticket
Doors moved, where to park, what to bring: write it once and everyone with a ticket gets it, with replies coming back to you. Confirmations, day-of reminders and the “we had to cancel” email are handled for you.
Refunds on your terms
Pick the policy per event. One rule is ours: a cancelled event makes every buyer whole. That promise is what makes people comfortable buying early.
One link does it all
Your event page is your ticket page. Share it, print its QR on the flyer, and see which flyer brought people in.

Scan at the door
Open the app, tap Scan. Green means in. No hardware, no training, and a name lookup for the dead phone.
What it costs
One fee, in plain sight.
Free events
$0
No fee to you, none to your guests. Always.
Paid tickets
3.5% + $0.99
Per ticket sold, plus card processing at cost. Never more than $9.99 a ticket.
That is our whole cut. Card processing (2.9% + $0.30 per order) is passed along at cost and rolled into the same single “Fees” line, so nobody ever sees two charges. You decide per event who pays it: your attendees at checkout, or you out of your payout. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract.
Free RSVPs are live today. Paid tickets are rolling out to partners now. Get on the list
What that looks like
| Your ticket | If attendees pay the fees | If you cover them |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | They pay $11.99You get $10 | They pay $10You get $8.07 |
| $25 | They pay $27.99You get $25 | They pay $25You get $22.10 |
| $50 | They pay $54.63You get $50 | They pay $50You get $45.51 |
| $150 | They pay $161.22You get $150 | They pay $150You get $139.11 |
| $400 | They pay $422.55You get $400 | They pay $400You get $378.11 |
All fees included, for one ticket bought by itself. Orders of two or more come out a little better per ticket. Fees are figured on what the attendee actually pays, so a discounted ticket costs less and a comp costs nothing.
Fair questions
Before you ask
- Do I need an account to get tickets?
- Yes, a free 419TOL account, so your tickets have somewhere to live and can be found again. It takes about a minute. Tickets can still be forwarded: whoever has the link can use them.
- What if the event is cancelled?
- Your tickets are voided and you are emailed right away. Anything you paid comes back in full, fees included. That is a platform rule, and an organizer cannot turn it off.
- Who pays the fees?
- The organizer decides, per event. Either one “Fees” line is added at checkout, where you see it before you pay, or the organizer covers it and you pay the ticket price and nothing more. It is a single all-in amount either way: our service fee and card processing together.
- I already sell tickets somewhere else. Do I have to switch?
- No. Your 419TOL listing can keep linking out to your own box office, and plenty do. 419 Pass is for when you would rather keep people on the page where they found you.
- When do organizers get paid?
- After each event, through Stripe, straight to your bank account: each event pays out on its own, a few days after it ends. Holding payouts until the doors have opened is what lets every buyer be made whole if a show is cancelled.
- Can I run presales, comps and student pricing?
- Yes. Hidden tickets that only appear with an access code, single-use codes for sponsors and press, group rates that apply by themselves, and discounts limited to your followers, first-time buyers, or an email domain like a university.
